It is a really small restaurant with a small washroom . Being on a busy location, it becomes packed with customers which makes people suffocated . The cleanliness gets affected as well . Used tissues ,ketchup, mustard and disposable glasses were lying here and there. It is good for grabbing a quick bite when it is not busy.

Expect to wait 20+ minutes for your order while the staff fills enormous UberEats bags and services drivers first. Small, cramped space with very limited seating and dirty tables. Twice my take-out order was incomplete. Do not recommend.

I already gave this place a 3 star review. But now it's a one because they always screw up my order, even when I order on the machine thing. So now I really don't recommend going here. Also there is this employee who works there who is for sure going to bother you when you are eating. She tells you to lift up your legs when you are eating, even though she isn't supposed to be doing that. My friend who works at McDonald's was the one who told me that they are allowed to disturb the customer. So I don't recommend going here at all.

I had the worst experience at this place tonight. My little daughter thinks highly of the happy meal served at McDonalds and wanted me to get one. I went to this place, ordered a happy meal and waited patiently for 20 minutes to be served. The staff seemed more than happy to serve mobile and online orders and chose to ignore the people waiting to be served. I waited till my order number 392 came up on the "now serving" section and asked the person at the counter about my order. She said they missed my order and asked me to wait for 2 more minutes. I am not sure how long it takes to prepare a simple grilled cheese and mini fries. After waiting for 5 more minutes, I went to the counter again to check about my order. The guy at the counter had no idea about my order and gave me a puzzled look. That's it, I lost my cool and threw away the slip with my order number and told him that I don't need their food anymore. It was a frustrating experience. I won't visit this place again. If the people from restaurant ever read this. I was order number 392, who despite waiting long did not get his order.

This is one of the busiest McD's in all of North York (Toronto), and one of the smallest at that.. It sits at the corner of Yonge and Eglinton, with a Cinaplex, multiple gyms, Eglinton Subway Station, a bunch of Office buildings and Condominiums and the heart of the New Eglinton LRT Line.. Any McD's employee that lasts a week here can handle anything.. The location is 24 hours, the kitchen never closes unlike some of the larger locations, rush hour for them happens at all times of day, 3pm or 3am they can be just as busy.. The new makeover McD's is cute and all, but it make for slower service at a location that has mastered rush traffic with minimal space and tons of customers coming thru, and not to mention that delierys need to be picked up too.. This is the only reason I put 4 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟.. But I never got a wrong order or mixup or short anything at this location, and that's saying something, for a crazy location like this.. Keep up the good work..
