I was very disappointed in the service I received from waitress Marie Noel. I was given a french menu, and politely asked for an English menu. She quickly found me one which was great. Throughout the whole time I was there I was talking to her in English she was responding to me in French. She didn’t even try to speak to me in the language I was speaking to her. She just ignored the fact, I would have been satisfied if she told me I’m so sorry I’m not comfortable speaking in English. Her customer service skills sucked. I work in the customer service industry and I always greet customers in both languages and go from there. I’m not impressed. No tip for Marie Noel.

Great food and service but pricey

We have been going to this location for awhile. However upon making a reservation at 7:50pm on 04/19/18 spoke to a clueless receptionist that put me on hold only to tell me there was no availability, which is understandable. After prompting for other times, options etc. she rudely hangs up. Terrible service, our group will not go there again. After calling their neighbour Belle et la Boeuf, was met with better service, polite and a reservation. Hire better courteous staff that know how to deal with the public in order to keep loyal clientele, terrible experience talking to an equally terrible clueless employee. Congratulations to her and the management for losing business from a party of 10 that could have been easily accommodated or at the very least listened to. Bravo.

Food was great, waitress was nice but didn’t really come back to check on us. (it was a busy Saturday night in her defence.) Overall a pretty good experience.

Love this place! Really great variety of food and menu choices. The place is very big and comfortable too. Great for couples, a small group of friends, or even a large party!
