Asked for Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad. Got fried chicken instead. I waited for an extra almost 10'. Mgt did not offer anything, I guess it is fine to make mistakes and they assume I have all the time in the world. "FAST" food, don't think so.

My food was served cold. The fries were cold and tasteless. The chicken tenders were cold and small in size for the price paid. The chocolate shake was not flavorful. It tasted more like frozen ice with chocolate syrup. I was still hungry when I left. Their healthy options all have a $1.40 surcharge so I guess the company wants us to be sick eating the unhealthy options. The restaurant was so noisy with all the screaming kids. I don't care to return.

Probably the worst place to work. I was here for a good 3 weeks. I had just quit my corporate job of 5 years and needed something temporary while I continued on a career search. As I was here, I noticed this place was upside down. First, they were hiring constantly. I mean there were new employees every week. They had about 60 up front, completing up front activities. Ex.: taking orders, picking up trays/trash, cleaning. And then there were 10 employees in the back. Talk about poor staffing. These 10 employees worked 50+ hours just to cover people they did not have in the back. The front were not trained to help in the back. The food was handled out in a timely manner but there was just no assistance whatsoever. The closing manager at night was horrible. She was promoted within 3 weeks because she demanded it. She had no idea what she was doing. The operator believes in “20” chances and just kept caving into her nonsense. Not giving her proper training. You have one manager throwing a fit and punching tables because he asked for something and didn’t get it right away. Calling employees slow. Try texting the upper management and they won’t get back to you. Only if it fits their needs. The operator himself is a young “hotshot” who could use some assaistance with managing the store. And if you really looked into it, you’ll see some discrimination from front to back staff within this particular group. But that’s all I’m gonna say there. So to close, great staff (for the most part) but you got some horrible people working there. (She knows who she is) and well this store can just use some help.
