S&G Carpeting did a great job installing carpet throughout our house. 8 months later we had a water leak while we were out of town. After we dried out the carpet, S&G replaced the pad in the areas affected by the water leak. We were very satisfied with their workmanship. We highly recommend S&G for the quality of their carpet, their customer service, and their expert installers!

We had a great experience with S&G once Carol Peak became our sales rep. She displayed solid patience as we took more than a week to select the floor that was right for us and she then hunted it down after it turned out that we may not be able to go with our first choice. The installation crew, led by Bob Carr, was quick getting the job done one day quicker than had been projected. They also did a real bang up job. We are very happy with our new floor. Thank you S&G.

Horrible service, the younger lady who worked there tried to belittle me. She told me I would get exactly what I ordered... I did not. Came back the next day to fix the mistake she made on my order, the staff said they could not help me and that I could pay more money to have my order made again but this time for way more money. Bottom line they took my money, gave me the wrong order, made no attempt to fix the issue. Horrible service and horrible way to do business. Will not be going back again. Please don’t make the same mistake I made and choose another flooring store.

Kinda pushy not a lot of room to look around with a salesman looming.
