Worst service I have ever received. I bought a washer and dryer here and I payed for the installation and when they were delivered they refused to install because supposedly I hadn't paid installation and I called to get a refund for it and they said that they had installed. Besides that the washer and dryer do not work. when I called to let them know they weren't working the lady that I spoke to was very rude and did not help at all and hung up on me twice. I do not recommend this place at all horrible. horrible customer service.

To the Do-It-Yourself'er the workers at Home Depot are down right genious. However, to the professional, these same people are nothing more than merchants. There are persons like myself who can take you to any department of the store, pick up a tool or product and give you detailed and accurate information about it. I started knowing the information I know at age 10. For the past 54 years I've increased this knowledge by using the varied products and materials that are sold at Home Depot. Today, Sunday, was my day just to walk through a Home Depot store.I do this to familiarize myself with new products, materials, and processes. I'd like to see Home Depot have persons like myself in the stores, to give real answers to customers who need more relevant information about there project. The persons who work at Home Depot can't be expected to have the right answers when the criteria for them being hired was the ability to put something on a shelf.

I heard that Home Depot would make a small number of PVC pipe cuts. The guy there wouldn't do it. Couldn't fit the pipe in my car, so I didn't buy anything.

A good neighborhood store to have without going a long distance for one.

Worst place to go, most of the time they only have 2 cashiers. So be prepared to waist your time in those long lines.
