I have to go here or Lowes down the road. I don't like the service at this Home Depot, every time i go in the service from the staff will be variable. Sometimes you'll have friendly people helping you find the things that you need and sometimes you'll have to wait hours just to get help with a few items if you can't find them your self. My recent visit to the store was something unusual though, i went in for four items and i knew where they were and it wasn't on the self so i asked for help. The sales guy clearly saw me waiting and told me he will help me right after he's done with his current customer. People kept on coming and waiting the sales man blew past me to help the customers that came after me while i just patiently waited and i know he saw me because he kept making eye contact with me and a grimace, but never helped me. So i waited for a good hour to be helped because he would keep helping people that came after me. All i needed was four items, and i did not get the service i needed. This was near the lumber and roofing section. Good help is hard to find these days.

Talk about cheap! Damaged fiberglass door; priced at so called discount. I'm ready to buy today but Bill the dept. Mgr would not bring it down to more reasonable price, no way Jose so I went to LOWE'S AND PAID FULL PRICE FOR STEAL DOOR. "SO MUCH FOR A BIRD IN THE HAND"!

Improved in making customers feel important. Everyone is so helpful and willing to go that extra mile to make sure your problem is solved. Will definitely shop here more frequently now. Especially the paint department!

After Hurricane Irma we contacted Home Depot for a roofing estimate. A sales rep come out to inspect and measure the roof and give us a sales pitch as to why they are the best. The Rep advised that we had 2 layers of shingles which increased the bid and he said we could go back to the insurance company for reimbursement. Neither the insurance inspector, Lowes, nor a local roofing company indicated that we had 2 layers of shingles on the roof. We passed and went to Lowes whose bid came in lower. As it turned out, when the roof was replaced there was only one layer of shingles so I don't know how the HD rep came up with 2 layers.
