Hanover team is superb! Great service and selection. They installed carpet and now working with Victoria for new cabinets. Very pleased throughout entire process.

Even though I found the area my home is in is not serviced by Hanover, Doug spent time showing me products I may find at another Capret One store in an area that is, as well as answering a bunch of my questions. I've been to most every flooring store in the Tampa area. The best experience I had by FAR was at Hanover and I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for flooring. Thank you Doug!

We ordered 4 rugs through Hanover via a person who was handling some other furniture ordering for us. As of this morning, we are still waiting on the 4th rug. Master (ordered 9/5/18) - delivered last Friday, 10/5/18 and is still not lying flat on our wood floors. Maybe it takes longer than a week for the bumps / lumps to work out? Kitchen Nook - as we expected and fits the space nicely. Foyer - We are absolutely not happy with the foyer rug. We paid way too much for the quality received and the overall look of the rug. We would have done better to order from Wayfair for what we got. Formal Dining (ordered 9/5/18) - still awaiting delivery. Sales Service - Debbie is very cordial and pleasant in person/on phone however, I am not pleased with the follow up. She promised to get back with me last Friday, 10/5/18, on what they will do to remedy the foyer rug and also advise when the formal dining room rug will be delivered. On our call of 10/5/18, I requested she escalate, as we were told (when ordering) that it was in stock then we were told last week it was going to be delivered along with the master rug, then we were told it wasn't and we were then advised (by the installer) that it's on "back order". We have guests coming soon and our rug should have been delivered by now. Very frustrating! I called this morning and actually reached Debbie and she said her system is down and she'd have to get back with me. On this call, she asked me to remind her of what she was working on for me (wow!) so I did (foyer rug remedy and delivery of our 12 x 12 in our formal dining) and while I had her on the line, I asked for copies of our invoices, as I want to see all the details of the rugs we purchased. I have one invoice but it doesn't tell me the price per ft I was charged and how they got to the total we paid. We want to see every line on our invoice and how they reached the price we paid. As for installers, the two guys who install for them are respectful and work really hard at what they do. Also, very responsive. Our experience thus far - (1) overpriced for quality - I would note what we paid but I'm embarrassed to admit (2) sales service is lacking and (3) delivery time is completely unacceptable. It's disappointing, as we wanted to think this was our hometown place for flooring but, it seems it's not. Waiting on Debbie's call and will update this review with outcome.

They underbid Empire by 45% and SimplyFloors by 25%. Great experience with the sales staff, no hard sell. We chose a new water resistant laminate product that comes with a cork bottom layer, PVC in the middle and vinyl on top. It can be wet mopped, unlike other laminate products does not swell, buckle and fail when wet. I'll update after the install is done.

We can’t say thank you enough to everyone at Hanover Floors. We did a complete home remodel which was completed on schedule. From the design process, to the finishing touches, it was honestly one of the best projects we have experienced. Our entire house received wood-look tile floors with new baseboards and trim. Two bathrooms were remodeled, including our master bathroom which featured marble. Our entire kitchen was remodeled using Norcraft cabinets, quartz counter tops, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. They also took care of painting our entire house to give everything a fresh look. Thank you Jim, Victoria and Clifton for answering all of our questions and adjusting to our last minute changes. Thanks for making our house amazing.
