The absolute worse customer service I've seen in a while. I'm not one that goes to social media but I felt this situation warrants me sharing my horrible experience. My husband and I often by our home supplies from Lowe's so were very regular customers. We have a choice of two locations because where our home is located so on this day we chose to go to the one on Scenic. No fault to Lowe's that I had been dealing with a double oven (not cheap) from Kitchen-Aid that the brain blew. With a urgent need I went into the store on 2/6 to place an order on another double oven. It is now 3/1 and I still do not have my order. The associate called and said someone sold the one we've been waiting weeks for. The associate never followed up or called back when she said that she would. Now I ask to speak to someone on management and to my surprise I get a manager by the name of Eric that pretty much gave me an attitude about their screw up. I spoke to him this morning and he too said he would call back but 5 hours later no call. When I called him back he tells me he just returned in the building and he would check on it (no sense of urgency for a customer who's been waiting a month). When I shared with him my frustration he says to me "well that was the past lets just move forward and I will see about getting another one sent to the store". When I asked if he saw one at another store why didn't he have it sent earlier. His reply was "I tell you what, why don't we just end this call now so i can call and order it". He was very short and condescending. So to sum it up he cut me off said he would call another store and call me back. So I wait! THE WORSE SERVICE EVER.

Great Service. Easy return...no wait. I bought 3 packs of LED lamps and the cashier caught 1 pack was not the same and asked me if I noticed. Saved me a trip back!

Great service in the Garden Center! One of the staff answered questions and offered help. When we discovered neither of us had our wallet, our cashier kept our flatbed full of flowers and potting soil until we could run home and get back. Can't ask for better!

Good selection and good employees. Be sure to ask if you need real help because many of them are licensed plumbers, electricians, etc. Super helpful!

I haven't never really dealt with anything but the garden center which is pretty decent generally speaking. However I would advise anyone to not ever ever ever ever ever purchase something like a refrigerator. The third party company that delivered the frigerator lost the ticket to take my old one with them! They were hours I'm talking like 6 hours late and when they were leaving the big giant truck ripped the cable cords and the Transformer out of my neighbors house leaving a cable dangling about 8 feet above the street scorning all liability and putting it on the cable company or telephone company to come and fix it and which they would reimburse them I don't know what happened because my neighbor never talk to me after that they were that mad. Skip forward a few years but a brand new top-of-the-line refrigerator and just about every component on it has broken! The plastic drawers in the door all crack and cheaply made. And once again the third party company that was supposed to come out to my house 2 days ago to fix a broken ice maker lied and said they tried to call me but I had no missed calls on all three of the numbers I provided for them. I had to end up calling Lowe's two hours after their 8-hour window and they were non-apologetic and blamed it on their subcontractor and the subcontractor blamed it on Lowe's. Never ever again will I get an appliance from this crappy irresponsible franchise!
