National Dental Sunnyside

Dr. Bow is awesome she is very professional and extremely caring i came in fir some bonding and was well taken cared of it came out amazing extremely satisfied could not have been better she does her job with great effort to her best ability!! Good job keep it going.

From the moment I stepped foot inside of this office I felt a pleasant vibe. The staff was very concerned with my emergency and took me in right away. Dr. Bo treated me with the utmost care and made sure my procedure was pain free. Some time after I came in to get whitening done and I most say that I am beyond happy with the amazing work that was done in this National Dental Sunnyside office. I'd rate them 10 out of 5 stars if possible.

The laziest customer service ever. I went there and had a filling for one tooth, they miscommunicated and charged me for 2 teeth. When I called, they wanted me to come over to get a refund even that could be easily done by reversing the payment or mailing the check. Regardless, I went there to check if my tooth filled properly and get refund, the manager accidentally charged me again - which means the money was double up on them. Once I called to acknowledge them, the manager hung up on me!!! He was a coward cos he asked the doctor's mom to contact and dealing with me about his mess without explaining to her what has he done, and on the same day I wasn't able to talk to him at all. Ever since then I tried and tried and tried contact them but the manager has kept ignoring me. I contacted the bank to reverse the payment but would take a few months for the whole process and he said I made a mistake talking to the bank and I can't receive a check from him. I was furious! He was the one who never discussed any resolution method and he blamed me who rightfully supposed to have a refund that I can't cancel the claim from the bank!? I ran around tried to contact the customer service office. She was helpful but still the manager was sluggish and careless. Never make mistake coming to this place and never ever spend extra money by mistake here cos you might never get it back!!

Omg!!! if i can give them 10 stars I would, I had an emergency. My braces wire came out and was poking me and cutting me. I found them on Google. From the moment I walked in the friendliness and care. Love the atmosphere, and very clean. THANK YOU TIM AND ROBERT For your amazing quick work and team work.

BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!!!!! READ BEFORE YOU COMMIT THE WORST MISTAKE IN YOUR LIFE!!!! I wish I could give this place a ZERO. Worst dental service ever. If I can even call it a service at all! I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. This place is a joke! I made an appointment to see Dr. Bo but it was a different dentist named Dr. Cesar. He was nice and welcoming BUT another dentist (an older man, probably the main dentist) came in to see me after the Xrays. Told me that my wisdom tooth needs to be removed (but it aint hurting) and I have a cavity. But instead of helping me what to do about my problem they tried to sell me Invisalign! He said my teeth aren't straight. You gotta be F kidding me?! My last dentist (he passed away that's why I needed a new one), whom I've been going to since I was 10, never ever mentioned anything about braces. Why? because my teeth are effen straight! The receptionist explained how it worked while i sat on the chair. "It's on sale for only $4,000. We have a payment plan. The regular price is almost $5,000." I said, I'm not interested right now. I want to get the cavity filled and asked why I needed my wisdom tooth removed even though it's growing fine and not disturbing my other teeth. The dentist came in and the receptionist told him what I said. Then told me that they'll extend the offer until February. I even got a flyer with the red markings on it! The dentist left without saying a word to me while the receptionist helped me out of the chair. I went to the waiting area, stood there with the other confused patient who was lectured earlier by the same dentist about her insurance not covering certain procedures. The other receptionist called me and handed me a list of other dentists to go to and get everything done. Then told me that I can all them back to set an appointment for the cleaning. OK. Then what tf does this place do???? JUST TAKE YOUR $$$$ I BET! I was there for a cleaning. My teeth weren't cleaned but they sure wanted to clean my wallet!
