A big "thank you" to Bunny at Lowe's, Maple Grove, for suggesting that I get a T Post Hammer. In all the years I have been installing green t posts, no one has ever suggested this fast and easy tool. With only a few downward motions, the T is in the ground, making my work so much easier. My willow hurdle fencing looks amazing, thanks to a very knowledgeable Lowe's staff member in gardening.

Second time my wife & I ordered through Maple Grove Lowe’s. Second time order was incorrect. 1st Time took over 2 months to make our granite counter correct, (however they made it right with a discount). So we decided to make another order. This time the salesman “Eric” in appliances, told us we would receive a call within a week. 10 days later... No call. Spoke with manager Chris. We were told we would receive a call back. NEVER HAPPENED. I called back and was told, “I put my appliance specialist on it”. Yet we never received a call. I told him to cancel our order & we would take our business elsewhere. We would not recommend this store or Lowe’s!

Waited months for "non-custom order" appliances that were told were in stock and would only be a week to get. Turned out to be about two months. Thank goodness for having finally got my order! One of the best things about this store, is its typically a ghost town inside. If you want to avoid the competitors busy Saturday, just come here.

They install my kitchen last year. Amazing job.. now we want to do floor in a bathroom(sucks) . Floor department horrible they took money but no floor.... now we trying to get money back....impossible... manager on duty has no knowledge of floor installation. Menards has better deals anyway. Not recommending to anyone

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THROUGH!!! We purchased carpet two years ago and has a lifetime warranty. I Called the store to see what I needed to do to process a covered claim, the flooring department told me I needed to come in. I then came in to make a claim they told me they can’t help me in person and there is a certain way this is done. (Which I thought I was doing per my earlier phone call) The assistant manager told me she would look into this and help get this warranty claim started, it is now been 2 1/2 weeks no phone call no response. I called today to speak with the store manager, and the assistant manager wouldn’t tell me when she would Be available in order for me to speak with her. Needless to say go else where because if there’s a problem with anything you purchase you will never get any help on it.
