I walked into Home Depot excited to start a project but needed a lot of help finding the right materials. I was in the lumber yard and at first I was really turned off by the customer service. I'd get short answers that weren't helpful and the sales associates seemed annoyed. Then Mike came along. He helped me find the wood, brackets, screws, etc. that I needed and gave me a lot of tips with how to go about this project. He was honestly a life saver. I truly couldn't have done this without him. Thank you Mike, you made this project so enjoyable. Stop by any time for some fresh veggies ;)

The customer service at this Home Depot is the worst out of any Home Depot I have ever been to. Employees will usually ask if you need help at Home Depot's, here they won't even help you if you do ask. I've gone here a few times just because it's close to my gym, and I've never had a good experience. For one example, I have casement windows, and need Plexiglas to seal the inside so I can mount a portable A/C in a bedroom. I wasn't sure what I wanted, and 3, yes 3, employees were nearby talking. None asked to help me, in fact they all took off as if to avoid having to do actual work when I started looking. There was also a guy next to me that was cutting wood, he had professional grade power tools. He refused to cut the Plexiglas even if I paid him, alright fine whatever I'll find someone else I thought. Then they charged me $55 more than the sticker price for the Plexiglas, apparently they didn't have their items stocked correctly and had one that was twice as thick in the wrong slot. Not only would they not give me a discount for their mistake, but they were extremely rude about me returning it as well. At least they were willing to go get me the correct plexiglass, because hauling a 72" by 36" piece of the stuff from the back of the store is a real pain. That's the only reason this isn't one star. That's one story. As I've said, I've never had a good customer experience there. No one stops to help and even tend to actively avoid customers. Long story short, I"ll be taking my business to the nearby Menards from now on.

Not a fan of this home depot. Super busy. Parking lot stinks to get in and out of. Service isn't that great at this store either. I do like home depot, but just not this location. Other small note: This store does NOT always carry what the other stores do. Not sure if that's because its a very urban location or what...but other stores have better selection...

We are extremely disappointed with this Home Depot. If you're painting your cabinets with the Rustoleum product, do not buy it through this store. They recommended the WRONG amount of paint with our kit and we ended up not having enough to finish our cabinets. When we went in to try to get more paint (a small 30 oz can), they would not sell it to us unless we bought an entire extra kit for $70!! The girl at the customer service counter and her manager both said there was *nothing* they could do other than make us purchase an entire extra kit, which would include 8 paint products we do not need. They said to contact Rustoleum directly. If Home Depot is selling this company's product, they should partner with them to find solutions for customers, not just default to making the customer pay for their mistake. Very disappointed.

We had an associate assist us in getting most of the materials needed for our DYI hot water heater. We have expect to make another trip to get all finishing fittings to fit. Everything is going fine thanks to the associate.
