This is a great Menards location. If you've been to one Menards, you've been to them all - in terms of selection and layout. However, the difference that is clear to me is the way that the staff at this location will go out of their way to be helpful. I visit this store on nearly a weekly basis, and would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a building supplies store in the area. Huge selection, familiar layout, and an outstanding staff make this one of my favorite steps when I need to get something done, and done right.

I just wanted to say I had a great experience ordering for my company, I wasn't super clear on what I needed (ordering for my Production Manager) and Bill Zimmerman the Delivery Coordinator was so helpful and patient and helped me find the perfect alternative when one of the items was Special Order. He was very pleasant! Usually I have a hard time ordering over the phone because it seems like they care less but not Bill, he was the best!! Thank you!! :)

My father in law purchased a lawn mower for my husband and myself as a house warming gift several weeks ago when we purchased our first home. A few days ago, my husband took it out of the box and assembled it and it would not start. Several people tried to make this lawn mower work, and it just wouldn’t start up. My father in law is knowledgeable in regards to smal engines and determined the mower he purchased was faulty. He went to the store on our behalf to determine how we could return this defective mower and was told you would not take it back because we put gas and oil in it... of course we did... how else would you expect us to determine it wouldn’t start? How would anyone know a mower was broken without putting these items in? And why on earth don’t you advertise this policy before selling someone a lawn mower? Our only option is to pay to fix it? What kind of terrible policy is this? After talking to several people, one of you managers told him that you would take it back if we brought it to you the next day. So today, my husband comes in to return your mower after being told by his father that everything was taken care of. My husband arrives and everyone starts giving him the run around. The manager wouldn’t answer his pages or come out on the floor. Everyone is saying they had no knowledge of this incident and wouldn’t take back the mower. The woman at the return area lost the receipt via throwing in the trash and accused my husband of lying when he told her that she had it. They had to look it up on video that he did indeed give it to her and she did indeed lose it. How convenient that the receipt got lost by your employees and you can’t simply print a new one for us. After an hour and a half, my husband left livid and upset with a broken mower and no receipt. This is honesty the worst policy and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Shame on you for thinking this is an okay way to treat customers. Before, we just wanted to get a mower that worked via an exchange but now I don’t want you to have a cent of our families money. I want a full refund and an apology for wasting so much of our time and being blatantly disrespectful, offensive and deceptive.

Good prices. Alway have nice plants & everything to have a beautiful garden. Like the small grocery section for one stop shopping.

Customer complaints and problems are handled with little care by upper management at the location. The only avenue is a phone number to a completely automated system that requires a written letter instead. The Home Depot down the street will exchange damaged tools and cover cost differences without so much as a receipt. Give them your business instead.
