About 10 years ago they replaced my floors on the second story. Generally, they did a good job. There was a couple of flaws in the staining. One pretty bad where it looked like too much stain was perhaps spilled. I figured that a fix would be too involved so I let it slide. Why I am only giving them two stars now is because their most recent bid for refinishing my floor seemed a bit high so I asked for more detail in how the figure was obtained. I got a "find someone else" type response to that. Guess they developed a big ego over time and don't need my business.

The quality and attention to detail was spectacular, and at an incredibly fair price. They made sure that we were satisfied with the end product, and created solutions to the problems we didn't know we had while staying in the budget. All the hallmarks of a company that cares about its customers!

Darrell and his crew are the best. Super friendly, exceptional work and very patiently answered all our questions and concerns along the way. We're so pleased with our floors and get compliments regularly.

We got estimates from Darrell and one other company. It was obvious that Darrell knows what he is doing, and does it well. He was professional and courteous throughout the process, and our floors look amazing.

OUTSTANDING craftsmanship, speed, price, and cleanliness! You would not believe how beautiful my floors are. I now LOVE my house because of Darrell's work. DO NOT hire anyone else.
