I worked with Chris from doors in windows and he assisted me in the complicated process of replacing my Anderson door panel. He was great, fabulous customer service and got back to me very quickly. I highly recommend shopping there especially when you have employees like Chris that are knowledgeable in their department. Very helpful! Thanks again guys!

Ordered thousands of materials from this company, on delivery day they wanted me to get permission from the town and state to be able to deliver my materials because they weren’t sure of the weight limit on the road. Was a big hassle even tho I gave them my delivery address at the time of the order. Cost me hours of trying to figure out how to get Home Depot’s delivery to my job. They are not very small business friendly! They will take your money quickly but make you wait for your materials until they feel like delivering them. What a joke!

Went in to buy 2 fluorescent tubes for a kitchen fixture. Found them, they had no protective packaging and, of course, they are rather fragile. I brought them to the cashier and and the first thing she said was, "I am not touching those". I thought she was kidding but now I'm not sure. I asked if she had a small box to put them in to protect them so they would arrive home unbroken. He reply was stunner: "We don't have any boxes!" I explained why I wanted a box and she repeated the same thing. Folks, this is Home Depot. I'm rather sure one could find a small box in a Home Depot. I said, "I'll bet Lowe's has boxes", left the items on the counter and walked out. Lowe's had the same items, same price, and a nice young man packed the tubes in a box and sent me happily on my way. Guess where I'll shop in the future!

Usually a 4-star rating today only two. It's October in New Hampshire and I went to get mouse traps. It's Mouse trapping season. They were out of mouse traps? At least the ones that I wanted.
