Got what I needed, both from start to finish it was nothing but a negative experience. The paint lady asking me "are you sure you want this?" And making me feel like I didn't know what I was doing, two girls asked if I needed help....then had no idea what I was talking about (wooded button plugs). The last straw was the guy loading grass seed onto my trailer. I love getting argued with when I know what I want and how my trailer will pull. I don't need 3 extra pallets under my pallet of seed. Why does it need to be 3 ft higher? Then when I say I'm not comfortable with that, he turns to the worker girl next to her and whispers something to her. Like that wasn't obvious. My next trips for my home remodel will be to Menards. Date of visit: 11/13/17 7:00pm

Always had great service. Store is clean and we'll stocked. The service is unmatched though. When they didn't have something in stock they got me the floor model with a discount.

Depends on the project/department you're dealing with, but most people are helpful and knowledgeable. Usually a pretty decent inventory stock.
