My husband found himself in a pickle, when he was home for only 4 days before having to drive his truck back to work on the Coast. Time was already limited when he realized a major issue with the ball-joints on his truck. They needed to be replaced, and he only had one day to figure it out and get the right parts. Lordco did not have them, and was not able to offer any meaninful advice. Our neighbour directed my husband to Truckworks. My husband brought in the part that needed to be replaced. When Truckworks did not have the part, they immediately contacted their local supplier to send parts, to see if they would work with the lift my husband has on his truck. The first parts did not work, so they contacted the supplier again, and went above and beyond to ensure my husband would be able to travel to work in his truck, that same day. They went above and beyond the usual customer service standards that we have experienced in Kelowna, to get the right parts and get them ready for my husband to install himself, all in in a very short amount of time. Thank you to Truckworks for making the day so much less stressful. Our family appreciates your optomistic attitudes, and how you were happy to take time out of your very busy day, to help us with our crisis. My husband not being able to get back to work, would have been detrimental to our family. We will not hesitate to come to you in the future, and to share this positive experience with others! Keep up the great customer service!!

Great work! Thanks to Kyle’s advice my jeep is back running smoothly. I recommend for any driveline issue or even a simple light bulb change. Great customer service and positive experience.

Horrible. I let them do 2 jobs for me. One was a full rebuild on my toyota 4runner front diff to Install a truetrac and a full rebuild. Drove fine for 3 days then realised when I was looking at it that the front end wasn't aligned. Which to b fair I didnt pay for a wheel alignment which wasnt even offered. But ok i didnt pay the 140 for the alignment which once again wasnt offered. And so I measured myself and wow it was over 2 inches towed in. Thanks for the extra year of wear on my brand new tires in those 3 days. They coulda at least made it close, they didnt even have to measure just look by eye. Stupidity. 2 grand wont make them at least try I guess. Then on my cummins to put in a damper (harmonic balancer if it was externally balanced) then they claimed they did the hour long job in about 5 hours. Then guess what drove it almost outta the lot and seen that it wasnt showing any rpm and wasnt charging battery. That means the crank sensor wasnt installed correctly which I told them. They argued till the mechanic came out and looked and seen it wasnt installed properly. So I parked the dodge for the winter jump in it yesterday and look rpm all over the place. The wire was touching the belt causing the current to give a false reading. Then I had to once again find the problem myself. The wire clamp is missing that was used to keep the wire from the belt. So I did try to contact them but put on hold then hung up on. Called again and it just rang.. I guess it's teaching me to not b lazy and just do things myself. Thanks for the incompetence once again guys. Just doing an edit... thought I was in the wrong due to the dodge engine rpm still messed up after putting the new wire clamp in. Then I thought no no no.. I'm not as stupid as a licensed joke mechanic... so I checked the clearance in the crank sensor. Spec says .049-.051. So I checked with a good gauge. Turns out it's over .101. That's almost double the suggested clearance.. even get this... I asked the "mechanic" (idiot) if that is proper gapping just after he put in the washer (read earlier review) and the idiot I mean "mechanic" he said yup.. well guess what u idiots I fixed it. Runs mint now. I should start up a shop called " not truck works" and hire a bunch of nose picking a** scratching idiots and I'd bet we would do better work when we half cut. I'll call u idiots on Monday to make sure u can read.

The staff have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful, and helped me with a number of quirks on both my own, as well as my father's vehicles. Honest, open, and transparent with all the work they do. I think very very highly of this shop.
