Good service at affordable price Frank has a good solid business honest and trustworthy worth stopping in and giving them a shot instead of Dobbs and others that may advertise much more

There isn't a car Frank couldn't fix!! He has lots of experience. He takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else. We thought going to the dealers was always how we had to get the best service until we found Frank. We certainly were wrong. He will do whatever he needs to do to make his customers happy. Great to have a reliable service car company. There are a whole lot more than not that will just take your money!!

Went back again to Full Service Automotive. They did a great job again. They are responsive and trustworthy. That is why I drive past Dobbs and the others and drive the 25 min to go the Full Service. I live in Creve Coeur, 25 minutes away. The drive is worth it. They did an excellent job on my brake system. I know it is fixed correctly, and only what needed to be done, was done. This place is a real find! K Lord

Terrible service.... I wish the manager learned how to talk without using every curse word available in the English language..... You are a shop manager not a bouncer at the strip club use words. I cannot believe I was there to witness the shop manager speak to someone like that over the phone regardless of what the issue is if you run a professional shop talk professional. I will never ever be back.
