Fantastic customer service. Reliable, trustworthy, and quick. Not much more you could ask for in a mechanic. Glad I found Brookside Auto Rx and I'll continue to recommend them to my friends.

I've taken my car to Brookside Auto Rx twice for routine maintenance. Nothing surprising on either courtesy inspection, and they even provided me with estimates for repairs I will need in the future so that I have an idea of what they will cost ahead of time. I especially love that they send a text letting you know when your car is ready so that you aren't left playing phone tag. Very courteous and trustworthy.

Never bring your vehicle here! I am out of 1,400 bucks. I took my car here last month I advised them of my issues and concerns. I let them know that it could be my head gasket. They told me it’s not it’s my water pump. They replaced the water pump for me. The other day my car started over hearing again. I took my car back up there to brookside auto they told me my head gasket was leaking and that the head gasket was leaking because I was driving around while my car was over heating! What idiot would still drive there car while it was overheating what since does that make! Never bring your car here they scammed me out of 1,400 bucks that I will never get back. I wasted money I told them it was probably my head gasket but they told me it wasn’t smh. This place is a POS!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my 2011 Jeep in because of an overheating issue and said that I thought it was a head gasket or cylinder head problem because of the symptoms I was having. They said that they were going to test everything but ended up just replacing the radiator cap and flushing the radiator. That cost over 300 dollars and a couple days later I’m on the side of the road again and overheating. Wasn’t pleased that they called me ‘mr. head gasket’ like I had no clue what I was talking about and it ended up being a head gasket when I took it into another shop. I think this is probably a good shop, but they didn’t handle this correctly.
