I cannot praise Joe, Tyler, and everyone at I-70 Auto highly enough! We want to keep our 1995 Jeep Grand Cherokee running and they do that better than anyone! They do so much more than give her the once over - they are thorough and find everything that needs fixing immediately, things that can be put off for a while, and the prices charged for repair and maintenance are very reasonable. Their best kept secret is the service they provide for alternate transportation while your car is being worked on. We live in Excelsior Springs, and Joe asked me, "You pass by a lot of repair places to come here. Why?" I said simply, "You're just that good."

I was looking for a reputable shop to service my F350 turbo-diesel. All of the positive reviews led me to I-70 Auto Service, and rightfully so. I had a variety of unrelated issues all of which were addressed and fixed. Tyler was communicative and upfront about pricing (there was a lot of work) the work was done quickly and they came in under estimate. I will be back there again.

These guys took great care of me and my 98 Jeep Wrangler. I hit a tree with it and they replaced the front axel and several arms and parts. She is handling better than ever. They kept in contact the entire time and laid out options for me. They’ve got mad skills!

Great service on replacing a hybrid battery. Not only did I save $1000, but I got my car back within 24 hours and Joe even offered to give me a ride to and from the shop. I am going to recommend this place to everyone.

Four years ago, I acquired a 1983 Jeep CJ5. Since that time, I have wanted to drop a new engine in it, but was never comfortable with any shops in my immediate area (Lee's Summit / Blue Springs). Years ago, I worked for an engine parts warehouse--supplying machine shops in the area that rebuilt engines. Most of my 'old' customers are long gone however. I finally decided to do some research, and find a shop that could do the work. I found I-70 Auto Service on google and--while a little skeptical from all the 5-star reviews (concerned that NO place could be that wonderful)--I decided to contact them. From the beginning, Tyler and Joe treated me with the utmost respect, and communication throughout the process was amazing. I will admit that their original estimate came in a little higher than I had budgeted, but in the end...well worth the extra. As a matter of fact, rather than giving me a low-ball estimate, then nickel-and-diming me after they got my jeep in their shop (as many will do), the final bill was about $400 less than the original estimate. To-date, I have approximately 500 miles on my new (remanufactured) engine, and couldn't be happier. I've dealt with and worked with a lot of auto shops in my time, and I-70 is definitely at the top of the list for customer service, and reliability.
