As a boat owner, let's face it - it's my boat, my wife, and my kids - in that order. I own a 4 year old Regal 2660. I screwed up and topped off the gas tank with an old can of gas that must have had water and rust in the can. I worked on the outboard for four days and then gave up. I called Intrinsic Yacht & Ship and all was well. These people should wear capes. The next 'Avengers" should have an employee of this place fighting evil alongside Iron Man and The Hulk. (I don't watch those movies, they're not any good, just sayin) They had the motor running in a couple days and gave the boat a tune up. We were back on the water in less than a week. Engine never started so fast and ran so well. Thanks guys for taking care of my boat. Highly recommend!

I am local and was skeptical going into Intrinsic to service my '13 Whaler 370 because I had some preconceived notions about dealers due to a couple of bad experiences in the past, but let me start by saying Intrinsic Yacht blew me away. The wife and I are planning a coastal jaunt around Mother's Day and she wanted to make sure the engines were up to muster before we hit the water (We stored the boat outdoors this past year). We received a warm welcome and the staff could not have been more polite and friendly. The service was top notch, they even went out of their way to explain the benefits of preventive maintenance after they fully inspected the mechanical condition of my outboards without ever pressuring me for an additional sale. They were extremely efficient in meeting my admittedly unrealistic timeline and communicated thoroughly and transparently the entire time. What more can you ask for? Intrinsic will certainly be my new home for maintenance in the future, and maybe for a new boat eventually if the wife is on board :)
