Custom work but they won't install cab lights what a joke

This business not only mis-diagnosed a problem as a bad GEM module, they also said that the problem could only be fixed by a Ford dealer. When the Ford dealer worked on the truck they said it was not a bad GEM module. This cost for the work at the Ford dealer was only because of the lack of good diagnostic work by the Michigan Off-Road Center. The mechanic at the Ford dealer mentioned some other possibilities that could be causing the problems (4 wheel drive and cruise control did not work). The problems were fixed by pulling the cover off the top of the dash and simply correctly plugging in a relay that was not properly plugged in. This web site states “Customer satisfaction is our goal”.DO NOT believe it. After numerous phone calls I was never able to speak to the owner about my concerns. When asked what it was I wanted I explained that I was not asking for any money back for the work they did, but felt it would be fair if they helped cover at least some of the expense incurred at the Ford dealership since they were the ones that said only a Ford dealer could fix the problem and they were the ones who misdiagnosed the problem in the first place. I was told “that's never going to happen”. I then explained that if they were not willing to work with me my only recourse was to write a negative review on their web site and also contact the Better Business Bureau. This business will NEVER get any more of my money and I will not hesitate to share my negative experience with others.
