Staff does a good job of looking at the whole car and noting potential trouble spots. I have an older vehicle, and I feel confident continuing to drive it knowing it is in good repair.

I have taken my vehicles to O'Donnell's for the past 5 years, and will not take them anywhere else. Robert and the rest of the team go above and beyond. They explain any issues so you can thoroughly understand what is going on and give you options for how to proceed. They complete repairs in a timely fashion. They don't just fix your vehicle, but emphasize customer service as well. I cannot say enough positive things about this garage and the mechanics that work there!

O' Donnell's will always have my business when in MI! My Fiance and I were preparing for a move to Florida, and had just worked at a summer camp (we were BROKE). We knew we needed a few repairs before the long drive, so we took our car to Muffler Man. Big mistake. They were dishonest and tried to overcharge us. We decided to take the car to O' Donnell's instead because it was close to our house, and we were so impressed with not only the quality mechanic services they provided, but that they genuinely cared that we made our move safely and got all of the necessary repairs done. I highly recommend O' Donnell's if you want a no B.S., honest mechanic.

This place gives great service and very professional. I was a couple hours late to my appt. but the mechanic stayed late to finish the job and the GM was great in explaining all my options and keeping my cost down. Would definitely recommend

Friendly, honest, and straightforward. I can't say enough good about this shop. I came in on Monday morning with a car I'd gotten towed there over the weekend. They already had a full day of work scheduled, but they took time to look at my car and at least figure out what needed to be done to properly diagnose the problem, and got it set up so they could confirm their suspicions first thing the next morning and get the work done quickly. The next morning they very clearly laid out what had happened, what needed to be fixed (and what work would be good to do but wasn't absolutely essential) and gave me a price quote. I told them to go ahead but try to keep the price down if possible, and they did everything they could to get me a better deal without sacrificing too much in terms of quality of parts. When all was said and done they explained exactly what they'd replaced, and what warning signs I should look out for in the future to prevent this sort of thing from happening again, as well as what I could do to minimize damage to my engine if I did have another problem. The car runs better now than it ever has, and I will never go anywhere else for service.
