Needed to fix a leak so I could get a smog check ASAP so I decided to check them out and wasn’t disappointed. Service was quick and easy and also didn’t put a damper in my wallet! Will definitely be coming back here again 😊

Great mechanic shop. We were stuck on the side of the road for two hours until we got a hold of monaghans auto shop. They were very helpful and super fast at getting our car fixed and getting us back on the road. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is need fast service and great customer service.

CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! He doesn't honor his warranties. He blames the engine failure on "customer neglect. " How can the hoses pop off while you are driving down the road be the customer's fault. Four mechanics have told us that it is impossible. He can lie to himself, he lie to us, but he can't lie to God. He doesn't have his cars in a secure area. Our truck was broken into twice while we waited for the repairs to be completed. If we could give him a zero or less rating, we would.

Scott is a great and knowledgeable mechanic and diesel mechanic. My Dad's Duramax diesel pulling a fully loaded trailer, stopped running just over the Baker grade. Found good recommendations for Monaghans on line. Scott was waiting for us. As luck would have it, he drives the same Duramax and knows it inside and out. Diagnosed the problem right away. Gas tank had to be dropped and cleaned. promised to had it done by 1 pm the following day. We were on the road at 1245 pm Any later would have caused us to miss our deadline in Page Arizona and would have ruined our vacation. He saved the day! They even stored my loaded trailer over night as opposed to leaving it in the adjacent parking lot to be ran-sacked. And, when I came to pick it up, they had hooked the truck and trailer up, saving more time. Scott knows his business. Just look at all the Technician Certificates on the office wall. Thanks again Scott and company.

I found Monaghan's, while searching for a reputable transmission shop, after dealing with the dealership and having nothing but problems. The owner Scott is very nice, knowledgeable and fair. He won't fix something, just because you or someone else has said there was a problem. He will evaluate your vehicle and give you an HONEST answer. After my first experience with Scott, I have brought my vehicle back to him, and I have also recommended him to a couple of my friends. If you are looking for an honest and reliable auto shop, I would highly recommend Monaghan's Auto Repair.
