Built my engine, and left a connecting rod bolt loose, had to completely redo motor. Rebuilt my Banshee motor, and it blew after 5 miles. These guys completely suck

My husband took his engine in due to distributor problems. They had the engine and distributor for 3 weeks. While in their possession they hit the engine with a fork lift and dropped it. Damaged quite a bit on the engine, they were supposed to order a new header as well. 2 months later still nothing. We took the engine back because it was making a funny noise after it was put in the truck. After another 2 weeks they “fixed” the problem they caused. The engine is now making a knocking sound. They didn’t want to replace the engine just fix it. Do not use these people.

Called almost at closing time and Howard at customer service told me he was gona call me back and i thought he would forget to call back and tell me important information on some hard to find lifters i needed and was amazed thathe called me back 15 minutes after closing. Well ends up he called around everywhere to find parts i could not find. he said he would find the part and he did. So great customer service strongly recomend these people if u want professional service.

They have done over ten head jobs and done over eight cylinder jobs for me plus several other machine shop jobs. Everything always perfect. Steve and the boys knows what their talking about, and have been around for ever. Donald Scott Peterson

WARNING: I had a crank checked and block cleaned by these people, first warning was he did not give any paper work when I left it. Second he told me he would contact me the next day once his machinist triple checked our numbers as the crank showed well within specs first by me and then double checked by Steve .. no call the next day, I waited till 1:00 p.m the following day before I called him, Steve then informed me that he was going to machine the crank down, I asked him why, his answer, ""we decided to"" .... oil clearance was .0015 (TEN thousands) the tolerance is .004 (thousands) and was not out of round. THIRD he gave me a verbal quote of $75 for tanking my parts that changed to $95 once I got to the shop (STILL a fair price)... but then after I called him out for trying to do unnecessary work he waived the extra twenty and charged me $50 more to spend 1 min and 30 seconds polishing the crank as I stood there watching. (AND THAT IS WHY YOU GET AN ESTIMATE BEFORE WORK IS DONE).... Another issue that you will find with this business the place is a disaster area, it looks more like a junk yard then a machine shop, beyond messy. With a sign that says pick up after yourself that is obviously ignored .... I have seen dungeons that were lit better then this place, are you going to trust precision work being done in the dark ? .... will I bring them more work? ..... NO WAY.
