First time I came here, on the recommendation of a friend. Went in for a check engine light. They pulled the code and referred me to a transmission specialist. Came to pick it up and was charged $48 plus tax. Took it to my regular shop and they pulled the code and sent me on my way, for free. Maybe they do good work, never got to find out. But if you have a good place already just stick with them, unless you looking for someplace new.

These folks lie, if you make a mistake own it. Don’t pass the buck onto someone else too cover your mistakes. Stuff happens don’t worsen a already bad situation by lieing to cover it. Never had a problem with this shop. After yesterday though I question there integrity and honesty. So makes me wonder how many other situations they’ve covered up.

Barry and the boys run an Excellent auto repair shop. They stay on top of all new changes to cars, very professional and technically astute. I HIGHLY recommend them for any and all car/truck repair........... P.S. it's the only place I would take my car to after mfg warranty has expired.......

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! My brother recommended me to give this place of business a call based on past experiences...so instead of me sending my 2010 SHO Ford Tarsus to FORD I sent it here. I will not get into the full details but i will share this with you. I decided to have American Towing based out of Vandalia Ohio go retrieve my car ( based on me questioning the integrity of Paul in regards to the conversations we had on the phone ) Once i got there I paid the 449 and some change for the services that was rendered. KEN the owner was having trouble finding my keys...he then informed me that my keys was WITH THE CAR. I then sent the tow driver James a mgs letting him know that the key was WITH THE CAR. Next thing you know the tow comes out with my car on the hook. I'm now home and i get a phone call from FORD informing me that my key is not with the car. I called Champs and Paul and Ken tells me that the Tech informed the tow driver that my key was placed ON TOP OF THE CAR!! ( NEGLIGENT ) Who place a key on top of a car first of all. James tells me that the Tech did not say no such thing. James say he got my text and once he read the key was with the car he opened the door and push buttoned it and it started....he hooked it and left. Basically I went back in forth with both businesses and have gotten no where. They are both denying fault and the key replacement is 464 dollars plus tax which I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR. I am a CUSTOMER........and neither one of them will have the decency to own up to it.....reason being is because the only people that know what really took place was the TECH AND THE TOW DRIVER. NOT THE HE SAY HE SAY. So at that point both business should have took on that burden together. I've filed a downtown so BOTH business will receive their court dates in the mail. It's SAD only because one of them WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE but we have to go through all this unnecessary bull first. I will see you guys in court.

Ken and his technicians are great. They've always made sure my car was running good and called me with any issues that weren't addressed in the initial conversation. The pricing is good for the service provided. I don't trust many people with my vehicle, but I will always trust Ken and his co-workers.
