Went there for an oil change - we are on a long road trip - because of the AAA approval, but was NOT impressed. First issue - I identified our vehicle year, make and model during my phone call - they SHOULD have verified that they had the oil filter they needed at that time, instead, they told me to come on in, they were not busy. As a result, a 15 min. oil change took more than an hour, while they waited for the oil filter to be delivered. Second - SUPPOSEDLY, they did a multi-point vehicle inspection checklist, but they do not provide the completed checklist and I seriously doubt that they did anything but change the oil. SO, the point of my seeking out a AAA approved service center was lost, since I do not have the warm fuzzy feeling that I was hoping for, that my vehicle was in good shape to continue on our road trip. This is the main reason for my only giving a one-star review rating.

Top notch customer care! They were very courteous, listened to my description of my car's problem, and shuttled me back home across town. They called quickly with a diagnosis, estimate, and phone approval to proceed with the work. My car was repaired within an acceptable timeframe, and the charge was within industry standards. When I returned to pick up my car, I felt as though I had been cared for by family members - they greeted me by name, explained what had been done, and even gave me tips for going forward. These things are all important to a widow without a lot of mechanical knowledge. And months afterward, they even emailed to remind me when it was time for my car's checkup - not in a spammy way, just a friendly note. I appreciate this kind of care. High five to this great team!

Suspension in my van just.... snapped. Broke. They gave me a reasonable (and honest) quote. It was fixed in very good time and they topped off my fluids. Couple other things they did that suggested they really cared. Final cost was within a dollar of the estimate. Hard to find a good, honest mechanic shop. These guys earned my trust. I'll be back. Been meaning to write them a personal 'thank you' but hope this suffices for now. (also you guys replaced that missing lug for no charge... I noticed that...)

Great folks. Great customer service. They do what needs to be done, and don’t try to pressure you into unnecessary repairs. I’ve been going there for years.

I had a terrible experience with this business and am happy to have moved on to another auto shop. Back in September of last year, I dropped my car off for a very scary issue. It had unexpectedly stalled on me at a stoplight twice in two months leaving me suddenly with no power steering and no power brakes. Also my right rear blinker had stopped working a week before. When I came in, they took notes on my issues into their computer system and told me I'd have a $120 diagnosing fee. This fee is not charged at Action Automotive. (Or Bob James, where I'm going next) But I reluctantly agreed since having moved on because of bad experiences at Action Auto. I left for a 10 day vacation only to come back and be told that the car could not be diagnosed (but I would still be charged half the diagnosing fee! "ONLY half," I was told as if it was a favor! Thanks, for charging me $60 for a drive around the block!). When I came in to pick up my car, I thankfully thought to double check to make sure they had fixed the rear blinker. The guy gave me a blank look and said "Oh, no...we haven't yet". It's unsafe to drive without a blinker, and yet I was almost allowed out the door with no blinker, no apology and no explanation. Not even a hint of concern.Terrible, terrible service. TWO more days I had to wait just to get that dealt with. Also, the guy didn't even suggest any next steps or anything...just "We can't fix it, if the problem doesn't occur while we drive it". I get that, but seriously, some suggestions...some ideas....ANYTHING??? Nope. Just. So. Lame.
