This shop always hooks me up with a great price, good quality work. They are honest and I will continue coming here.

Stopped at this Auto Repair Shop to get some Air in my tires.. Didn’t know which Tire needed Air so I asked the Employee if he could put air in all my Tires.. He said yes.. After leaving my Tire pressure light never went off. After work I stopped at a different Auto Repair Shop to get Air in my Tires.. My Tire pressure light went off instantly.. which led me to believe this guy never put Air in my Tires.. I will never do business at this establishment.. If I can’t trust your word about putting air in my Tires.. I definitely can’t trust you too do Honest work on my Vehicle.

Took my car to get an alignment on Friday. When I left my car still pulled right & my steering wheel logo is still not completely centered. I called today (Monday) and the manager Doug, who worked on my car, told me it was going to be my tires. In which I corrected him because I just bought brand new tires. So then he told me, it’s probably going to be your suspension. I did not take my car back because I had a feeling once it was up and being checked out again, they would’ve wanted to charge me an extra amount for something my car doesn’t even need. I’ll be taking my car to my usual mechanic. They were really nice when I got there And over the phone, but I just won’t be doing business there again.

AVOID!!! KEEP DRIVING, PLENTY OF SHOPS AROUND!! Brought in my vehicle to this establishment due to a hesitation problem when accelerating. I explained the problem upon arrival, so they could diagnose it further. My first contact was with Zeki - he rode and drove the vehicle with me and diagnosed the problem as possibly being "bad gas or something with the fuel system". Upon returning to the shop, Doug (I believe a manager or owner) and a mechanic who I think is called Chad, came out. Zeki explained the problem, and the mechanic proceeded to hook up a machine to the car. He explained to me that "there were no codes being given by the machine", but when the problem was explained they concluded that it was in fact, the fuel pump. They advised I would have to leave the vehicle, which I had no choice but to do. I returned when they said they were able to fix the problem, they even stated they test drove it and it was fine. I returned, and paid $683.95 to get my now "fixed"vehicle returned to me. Imagine my surprise when I drove it off the their lot and the problem was still there! I brought the vehicle back right away. I explained to them that I had come in NOT REQUESTING A NEW FUEL PUMP, but for them to fix my hesitation problem which they misdiagnosed. They assured me they would fix it, and I left the car. The mechanic, Chad (I believe) drove me back home and hooked the machine up to the car the whole way there. He agreed he felt the hesitation. He drove it back and kept it overnight. The next day, they called me to tell me I needed to do a full gas cleaning service, and replace the spark plugs, all of which was NEVER stated originally when they first "diagnosed" the problem. They proceeded to perform the service, and I was frustrated as I had now taken time off of work to go back and forth with them. They called me back and said "car runs like new, we test drove it and it's perfect". Again, I picked it up, having high expectations of a place I thought would be a reputable mechanic shop. Imagine my surprise once again when the problem manifests itself after not even 2 blocks of driving it off their lot! I call them immediately, and Zeki assures me THEY ARE VERY SORRY AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT. So I drop my vehicle a THIRD TIME - their response to me after keeping it a half-day again is that they "do not know what the problem is that's causing the hesitation, and that they cannot fix it. That I should drive my car as it will NOT FALL APART ON ME because no codes are being thrown by the diagnostics machine". They advised me to come get my car, with the problem still being there AFTER $1100 of expenditures at this shop, and after days of going back and forth! I obviously let them know I was extremely disappointed and frustrated that they had made me pay for repairs that they assured me would resolve the issue when it never did, to what Doug's response was "well you needed those parts anyway, they're IN YOUR VEHICLE NOW". Seriously? I never came asking for them to replace my fuel pump. I never came asking for them to replace spark plugs and do a cleaning service. I came to them, with a specific issue I needed resolved (the hesitation at acceleration) and they performed a diagnostic and repairs that were done so TO FIX THE ISSUE I ASKED THEM FOR. This has been an incredibly expensive and exhausting experience for me and I would like nothing more than to get my money back so I can take my vehicle to a reputable shop where I can make sure they address the issue they claimed to have fixed -- twice.

I absolutely love this place! They have taken great care of me and are the nicest people! They are very fair and their prices are extremely reasonable. They don't try and over sell either which I love! And also they do KEY Programming.
