Geoff was highly recommended to me by my neighbours when they listed with him. Geoff is a true professional and has an amazing team to assist with preparation in staging and photography/video. Geoff is accommodating, patient, calming and was with us through every step. Geoff is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy and we felt completely at ease with him. He cast the net far and wide and had our home listed and sold within days. We can’t thank him enough for making this transaction smooth and worry-free. It was a pleasure to work with Geoff and we would employ his services again without hesitation. Linda Robitaille

As a home stager, I have worked with many real estate agents and I can say that Geoff goes above and beyond for all of his clients! He is a true professional in every sense of the word. He is a pleasure to work with!

In my personal life and as a business person I measure “experiences”. Whether it is a great meal, a concert that wows you or a business transaction that you come away from thinking…that was great! We all share experiences in our lives that we measure with different levels of comfort and “good/bad”. I say comfort because different levels of fear generally lead you to judge a good experience from a bad one. How your fear is managed is greatly due to the person you are and the people that you surround yourself with. Managing fear is something that Geoff does well. The Real Estate Transaction itself is one of the most difficult and stressful times in a person’s life, Geoff managed my fears from the first day we met! From Geoff's appearance to the probing questions to get to know myself and Bonnie, he managed my fear and comfort. Professional through and through, responsive, knowledgeable, caring…these adjectives describe Geoff, but only scratch the surface. I made a judgment that day that Geoff not only knew your stuff, but he would also be the type of person I could work with professionally and actually become friends with. He is real deal and a friend…that’s why I have had no issues referring you to my family and colleagues. I look forward to many long years of working together and creating EXPERIENCES!

Geoff blew our expectations out of the water. With all the trouble we came across with selling our home he was a beacon in the night that kept us in the right direction, I was so impressed with the amount of help that he offered with calling/meetings and information and just, in general, helping us learn about our best options moving forward. I was impressed at the amount of personal guidance he offered to us managing to keep us calm and confident through the sale of our home. We will and I already have, recommended Geoff to our friends and family so they can have the same great experience that we have had with Geoff :)

I have bought and sold many homes over the past 33 years and I've never felt more relaxed, more comfortable putting things in an agent's hands. I could not be happier with my decision to work with Geoff. After many conversations, it was totally clear that he was there to work with me. I didn't want to feel any pressure and I didn't. He went above and beyond, always taking my family's feelings into consideration and that meant the world to me. He constantly checked in to make sure I was ok with timing and other details. Thank you for the care you showed all of us. I'm very happy to have crossed your path and would recommend your services as well as what really feels more like a friendship to anyone.
