I feel compelled to share my thoughts about RE/MAX REALTY SERVICES, as I've been selling real estate for over 32 years, and have worked at a number of real estate companies in the Brampton/Caledon area. Prior to working here, I had some pre-conceived notions about what It's like on the inside of this company. Boy, was I ever wrong! Initially, I thought an agent was basically like a tenant, paying a landlord. Not the case! The management and support staff is unlike anything I've experienced in my 32 years of being a realtor. From goal-setting sessions, to regular & motivational training, there's always something going on to make me a better agent. The other thing I like is how we are constantly being update about the changes in the industry, from compliance & technology to sales strategies. If any agent utilizes all that 's available at RE/MAX REALTY SERVICES, they will become the most educated, and productive agent in their marketplace. Keep up the great work, Management Team! Cheers!

I gave this place a great video testimonial. This was before I knew the truth which came to light 2.5 months after this was shot. If i could go back in time, I would not recommend Jessi Sandhu to ANYONE. If you have a listing with him, I suggest that you find someone else. Not only him but the entire Re/Max Realty Services Inc, Brokerage. There are four officse in Brampton that are owned by Mike Zuccato the Broker of Record/Owner, and I recommend that you stay away from all of them.

I rented a property with my girlfriend 7 years ago from re/max as they acted as the broker between the landlord and myself. As per our contract, any and all repairs to the apartment would be reported to the re/max agent and then authorized by the land lord. After we found mould in the basement walls and floor to ceiling cracks in the foundation we reported it to our agent and were met with a great deal of resistance on fixing mould and cracks from re/max. We were told that we didn't know what we were talking about and if we didn't like it then we should move out and void our lease and pay the $500 fine. After a great deal of frustration we were able to contact the landlord directly and he had no problem fixing the issues and that re/max hadn't contacted him about any repairs. Recently I asked re/max for a reference letter and they basically told me that I'm out of luck. I've come to find out that they illegally removed my name from the lease. In short these guys will beg you for your business and shut the door on you once they get it.
