My wife and I chose Sunny to sell our home. It was one of the best decisions we made. He has been a true professional throughout the entire process. From the moment we first met his presentation and follow through have been excellent. He offers services above and beyond, such as staging, home cleaning and even provided us with boxes to move. He sold our home in 3 days and got a very good deal for us. He kept us in the loop at all stages and we are very appreciative of his honesty and hard work. We would recommend Sunny to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

When I interview Sunny Purewal for listing my house, he showed me that he has no expired listing between Feb 2018 to Jan 2019 in Peel Region, he sold over 30 listings during that period and no listings expired. He demonstrate his ability in selling my house, sold my house in 3 weeks within 99% of asking price. He is honest, very professional and fulfilled his promise. Hi sunny Iâ€™m writing this letter to you I interviewed over 10 agents and I chooses sunny . Other agent want to list my home right a way but sunny gave me honest advise and told me itâ€™s to early to list my home in the market .. he said builder can change the closing more than 90 days . He listed my house in January 2019 and sold it in 10 days . Staging and virtual tour was amazing. His knowledge about homes is second to none .
