We are so very pleased with Shawn Schertzing and his “Team Zing”. Shawn is always courteous, and is very knowledgeable. He helps you to make an informed decision. He doesn’t pressure you, he has your best interests at heart. I have used Shawn to buy and sell homes. Plus I have recommended him to many friends and relatives. They were all very pleased with Shawn too! Can’t say enough about Shawn. He’s an excellent Realtor!!!

Shawn Schertzing has been patiently helping me find the perfect house. No pressure, at my speed and is very tolerant and understanding while I search to find the right home. I recommend working with Shawn if you’re looking for an honest, fair and hard working realtor. He’s the best!

Ray is the best REALTOR in Fort Erie. He sold our Brian St. home in just about a week and we were truly satisfied in the outcome. You can't go wrong with Ray. Thanks again...

It was a pleasure doing business with Shawn Schertzing. The procedure of selling our home was very professional from our initial contact with him in the listing of our property to the time of closing. Our home sold in less than three days. Shawn is very knowledgeable in his field and extremely helpful and cordial. I would definitely recommend him for any real estate needs.
