Working with Nick was an amazing experience. It was a real pleasure dealing with such a top class guy. He was incredibly supportive, professional and knowledgeable as he helped guide us through the process of buying our first home. Choosing to work with Nick if you are buying or selling your home will probably be one of the smartest decisions you will ever make.

Nick and his team are incredibly hard working and knowledgeable when it comes to the Guelph and surrounding real estate market, and we'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. We've bought two properties in the last 3 years with Nick. He also sold a property for us getting us top dollar within 3 days of listing it, due to his marketing of our home. Nick worked around the clock (even while on vacation) making sure we were happy and taken care of. He also has an eye for the small details that are easily overlooked due to your excitement of a new purchase. You can expect the same from him in your dealings with him.

Nick is an outstanding realtor and an even better guy. He is very reliable, knowledgeable, supportive and hard working. Nick was excellent at regularly checking in to provide detailed updates throughout the process of selling our home. He also went 'above and beyond' to make sure that all of our questions and needs were met right away. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone with any questions about real estate.

I can't say enough about the service that we received from Nick. He always made himself available and was very knowledgable about the market in Guelph and surrounding area. We hunted for the perfect spot for a while, never settling for anything and never feeling rushed to close a deal. Nick had our best interests at heart and we eventually landed our perfect home. Thanks for everything, Nick!
