Sophie at CBRE has been an absolute pleasure to work with in my move to London. It has been a challenging move for me, and Sophie has made what would otherwise be a stressful period so much more pleasant. With her professional and accommodating attitude and friendly personality I have felt very well looked after. Once I had decided to make an offer on my new home, everything was handled for me in a prompt and courteous manner. It would be a joy if all moves were so easy!

In an environment of London flat letting where offices are busy and agents never call you back, CBRE was a point of clarity. My agent, Daniella, provided excellent, top notch service. She was friendly, very quick at answering emails, and offered great advice when flat viewing. During our 15 flat viewings, she made us feel very comfortable and genuinely cared to hear our feedback. I highly recommend CBRE, especially Daniella to anyone looking for a top notch flat in Covent Garden!

I moved from Amsterdam to London and had Sophie as my agent to help me find an apartment in central London. I had rather specific wishes with regards to the location and the features the apartment should have. Sophie regularly scanned the offer on the market and pre-selected properties that were worth visiting. She prepared the visits very well. In the end, thanks to her immediate reaction and action when a very desirably flat came onto the market I managed to get the ideal place. She could not have been more responsive and professional.

Sophie was a shining star in my entire house moving process and I had a great experience working with her. She knew the areas I was looking at very well and was very knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of few months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Moving home is always challenging, but working with Sophie made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend her.

Sophie was my agent when I was searching for a flat. She immediately understood my needs and helped me find the most amazing flat! She was lovely, super helpful, and made the process an enjoyable one. More importantly, she is very thoughtful and even after the move, she kept in touch and checked-in to see if she could help with anything else that I might need. If I'll ever need to move she will be the first person I call, I highly recommend her!
