Needed 100' of Black Aluminum screen to redo Gazebo. Thought I would buy it easy at Home Depot. Its online only. Online I found this Canadian owned company and called them. Yes-have it-yes can ship it. Shipped to Fredericton it is $22 cheaper than Home Depot! Thank you Randy

The service was great, everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I made the mistake of leaving my dog home alone and he ripped my window screen apart. Luckily I had another window just like it and brought it in as a template. They were able to make an identical replacement in just 2 business days. If I only knew about this place before roaming Home Depot aisles or trying to repair it myself with YouTube I would have saved myself a lot of time. Thanks again!

My spouse had to come back three times because they never properly fixed the broken window. He received terrible/rude service from the first visit and at the final visit they handed him the window and very rudely told him to get out the store. After my spouse insisted that they deal with the other customers first (so he can make sure they actually fixed the window), the OWNER raised his voice and told him to get out otherwise he was calling the cops. Absolutely uncalled for and incredibly unprofessional, especially since he decided to do all that in front of other customers. Terrible place with a piss-poor owner/service. Take your business elsewhere.

worst customer service I’ve ever seen or experienced. The owner blames the customers for issues he creates. Better places to take your business.
