This is the second speedy I chose to go to to have work redone after the speedy glass on Nairn in Winnipeg left a 3 inch deep scratch on my passenger door and put the windsheild in incorrectly causing constant crackling sounds when driving. I was very leery of taking my car back to a speedy but didn't really have a choice. I took a full 360 video of my car outside the shop before handing it over and had one of the associates come outside and look it over with me. I told him "this car is like my child, please take excellent care of it" he assured me that they treat all vehicles like their own. He was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle he told me he had left some fingerprints and dust on the hood which he wiped away with a microfiber cloth, thus leaving marring and scratching on the black (recently refinished) paint surface. Upon furthur inspection the individuals working on my vehicle had left quite a bit of damage to the paint on the roof around the plastic trim (trying to remove it with a tool I imagine) and circular scratches on the hood by the windsheild which they very clearly tried to buff out because the opti-coat pro I had just had put on by rebirth detailing had been removed in that spot. Speedy customer service was very helpful and appologetic about the damage done to my vehicle and offered to pay to have the scratches removed by my detailer, however the amount of time, frustration, and fuel driving back and fourth to different speedy shops and my detailer were not compensated for. If you take pride in your vehicles appearance and the quality of work done, this is not the place to go, jobs are clearly rushed and corners are cut by staff to minimize time spent.

Great service. Courteous and quick. Handled all of the paperwork for my autopac claim on the spot. Will definitely do business here again if needed
