Excellent customer service, I called copper leaf because I was getting condensation between the panes of glass in my windows. They sent Mike to take a look at my windows, he was polite and professional. Four days later Mike and his colleague were back and replaced my windows. Very good customer service experience.

We bought a door 6 months ago. The paint on both the exterior and interior is completely peeling off. And the door seals are falling apart. We had a problem with the doors staying shut. When the service team came out to fix the door they brought the part to fix the door, but it was white. The door is brown. They told us that is was a shop error, but won't fix the issue. They're horrible. Just horrible.

knowledgeable and helpful employee.

Avoid them at all cost. We purchased a new home with their doors. Because of their faulty construction, the doors couldn't securely close. There were gaps all the way around between the door and trim, so cold air and water (rain) leaks in. The paint is already peeling on both the outside and inside. We had to nearly threaten legal action to get a service call. When we finally got the service call, Copperleaf sent their service man out with an incorrectly cut and unpainted astragal for center of the door. Even after service, the doors are just falling apart and they're only a year old. Even two of the staff (from call-ins) admitted to problems and to avoid their product. We should all take that advice.
