3 years ago, in desperate need of new windows for our house and after an extensive evaluation of the numerous window companies, we selected Home Decor. Our salesperson Joe was extremely patient as I asked my many questions about this substantial investment as 14 windows including a 2 storey 3 section front window all needed to be replaced. After careful consideration, evaluating expertise, references and cost, we selected Home Decor. Home Decor just focuses on doors now, so fast forward 3 years and it was time to replace our front door. Because of the great experience with our windows, we went straight back to Joe. No shopping around knowing I would get only a good price but a perfect installation. Joe and the team covered every detail including using our interior paint so the door trim would match exactly. Our installer Arnold showed up right on time and within a few hours, the new door was perfected installed. Everything looks great and exceeds our expectations. Thank you Joe, San and Arnold for a great experience.

Just wanted to share my experience - I had my front door installed by this company 8 years ago. My door still looks stunning. I recently called the company to have my door sweep replaced. The office staff was very friendly and I was extremely pleased with the customer service. Great company - highly recommended.

We are very disappointed and regret buying our door from this company, the salesman Joseph talks a lot but doesn't tell important things, because of how he presented to me the type of insert glass, I am very disappointed with the end product, he only showed me the brochure which ended up being very different from how the glass actually looked, in the brochure the image of the glass was magnified a lot, so my door has basically almost plain glass which wasn't my intention at all, the glass was supposed to be the one thing that will make the door special, he also told me that the double glass insert will have this type of glass on both, the inside and the outside, but that was not the case when they installed the doors, when I asked him about this, he blamed on me, that I misunderstood him before, This company is much more expensive than many others that we checked but we thought it will be worth if they really so professional as they claim, but it turned out they are not, I regret very much that we purchased our door at Home Decor Window & Door

I have recently had a horrible experience with this company. Dealing with Joe Gerring is a nightmare! He rambles on and on and does not explain things properly. I purchased 3 doors from this company and have never been treated so unprofessionally. The door I purchased from garage to the outside swings inside. I was not made aware of that by Joe. He seems more interested in the commissions than customer service. He is also very hot tempered. I have also found out hat Home Decor is very, very overpriced when comparing to other suppliers regarding the Tilt and Turn Doors. The company has been recently sold and the new owners clearly are not very good in dealing with customers. Last time I will ever use this company. I will give the remainder of my business to another supplier. Buyer beware!
