Rude, inconsiderate, and demeaning staff. Christina, whom I believe to be a hiring manager was very condescending. I would highly recommend not going to this store. Not worth your money.

NEVER WORK HERE! (Call Center) Incompetent Supervisor. She leaves me unsupervised on my first week there and then comes in the next day claiming there was multiple time frames where I was not working which is completely FALSE. I was working on a PAPER she gave me instead of the usual EXCEL spreadsheet that we use, therefore the spreadsheet showed inactivity. On top of that, she tells me to arrive and leave 15 minutes earlier because she needs to catch the bus, only to find out they actually deducted the 15 mins off my paycheck without even telling me. They should have some sort of check in/out system, or cameras or at least an actual supervisor that does her job correctly.

Premier Windows met with us initially in April 2017. On the two subsequent meetings the sales representative had misplaced our file and we had to make use of my own documentation. Once the final decision was made they needed to return to make final production measurements. We called to enquire when this would happen and were told they had already been done. (this was an error as no one had entered our house to make these final measurements). Windows were installed in mid June 2017. Premier Windows was informed immediately that one of the windows was installed in reverse. They agreed to change it . We initiated several correspondences with Premier Windows over the months of July, August and September 2017 to resolve this problem . Window was finally changed in the first week of October (over 3.5 months after the incorrect initial installation! ) . We were not satisfied with sales representative who was poorly organised. We were not satisfied with ho long it took to get our window changed. We were satisfied with the installation team, the window product itself, and the receptionist at Premier Windows.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Insisted on obtaining our address and scheduling an appointment to take measurements before we had an opportunity to review and consider their product offering. The sales representative became very agressive when we did provide our address and suggested we review their supplier catalogues and get back to them. We were told they only had a limited number of catalogues and were verbally harassed for not providing our address and scheduling an appointment to take measurements. We were told that this is how their industry works and all of their competitors operate the same way. Not true. I had two garden doors installed two years ago without any of this nonsense.

I found out about Premier windows in the Jan home show. Once we've got procession of our new home, we invited them an another company to give us an estimate. At this point we know they are selling a product that is more superior than the other company and both are at the same price. When Helmut came in to do the first measurement estimate, he had already spotted a few problems that even the inspector missed (partly due to the previous owner put tons of plants and furniture near the bay windows). When Leo does the final measurement, he spotted even more problems --- however I have a contractor working with me so Leo had drawn a plan with my contractor on how to change the windows and the structure around it properly. It ended up took Leo and his crew (and 2 contractor from my side) good 4 days to get the job done. Even it should had been done on the 3rd day, Leo and his crew did not rush to do a so-so job, instead they take the time to make sure the job is done right and everything is cleaned up when they are gone. The final product was pretty awesome --- new windows that is blocking out a lot of noises and the temperature difference from the outside. Don't expect that there would be no temperature differences when the sun shine through the windows --- feels warm, but it no longer feels burning as it was with the old window without the film.
