Biggest issue was while looking for a specific item, in this case a ceiling light, a worker looked on his phone and said they should have 22 boxes. He looked but couldn't find the item. He then tried to have us get a different light which would have been double the cost. When we wouldn't go for that he stopped talking to us, spoke with another worker, and then left the area leaving us hanging without any options. We went to the service desk and 3 people bent over backwards to locate the product which was finally found on a skid, unopened, and high on the top of a storage area 50 feet up. The gentleman now helping us said it would take some time to get the skid down and remove the packaging to get at the boxes. He suggested we leave a phone number and we would be contacted when the item was available for pickup. Got a phone call at 10pm and will be picking the lights up later today. 3 very helpful employees at the store made up for the incompetence of 1person.

The good points would be Home depot is open when you need something. Especially on Stat holidays. Another good would be their selection. Almost always have what you need. Even some items you didnt even know you needed. The bad? Some staff have no idea what they are selling. The buyer should not know more than the seller. Bad #2. The prices. A paint sprayer nozzle I needed was 1/3 more at Home depot than a small paint store. You would think a large store that buys in bulk would pass their savings on to the customer.

On Saturday May 26, 2018 at about 10:00 I walked out of this location thoroughly DISGUSTED! Went in looking for T-bar posts for signs. Went straight to customer service. Was given vague directions to the hardware area. Tried to approach/attract attention of three men in this area - all in orange aprons so obviously employees - all three COMPLETELY ignored me. Finally cornered two of them - they were too busy having a conversation and continued to ignore me. When they finally deigned to acknowledge me they were rude and showed, quite clearly, they had ZERO interest in assisting me. I told them what I required, they sent me to the drop ceiling aisle. I went back and re-iterated what I was seeking, I seriously doubt they could have cared less. They shrugged and turned their backs on me. Their gross prejudice against women in the hardware department was blatantly obvious. Shame on them. Prejudice of gender is just as hateful as prejudice of ethnicity.

We found what we were looking for. The gentleman in the department was very helpful! The store was dusty, did not like that... I touched a few different things and they were dirty. Maybe they did some repairs or something. Overall, it was a good experience.
