Not only did I have an issue where one of the “professional dentists†decided to refuse to give me advice on how to prevent tooth decay but also decided to say me buying my first house was a “mistake.†I never received confirmation texts or calls on ANY of my appointments which is why i had missed some. I was told my appointments were never confirmed because i was never notified that i had them. I had emergencies where my aunt, uncle and father all died within the same time period and recently had a medical emergency where I was hospitalized for a bit. Along with an emergency at work. When I tried to reschedule I was told I was no longer allowed to be scheduled at the office and I would have to call every day that I was free to see if the debtist had an opening. Which would make it almost impossible to get an appointment and it would be charged as an emergency appointment. This is extremely inconvenient and all because I have had a rough time and had to reschedule a few times.
Life happens and can be really hard sometimes.
This office claims they are anxiety friendly but the dentist is so cruel I couldn’t stop shaking during my procedure and the front desk woman even had the nerve to argue with me about where I worked, trying to tell me that my location I worked at didn’t exist.
If you want an office that understands your needs as a human being or people who have compassion DONT. GO. HERE.
They exaggerate in person, telling me i had 10 missed appointments to which i was EXTREMELY confused about. Absolutely shocked! I was NEVER notified of these appointments and was even told by the front desk that there must have been an issue seeing as my confirmations never went through to me. Yes, I HAVE had to reschedule many appointments due to my job, as my job calls me in at a moments notice, and i had planned over 4 different funerals in the course of 5 months on top of being diagnosed with a life altering illness which has been absolute hell. I had an appointment on a day i was hospitalized for respiratory distress and admitted. The woman at the front desk was rude and made her irritation known like it was an inconvenience to HER that i was hospitalized.
Again, in person i was told i had TEN missed appointments. Today on the phone i was told there were SEVEN missed appointments. I had called to reschedule due to a work emergency. Which, prior to this reschedule, would have made SIX. Not TEN. Now im being told it's 11. I understand "drawing the line" somewhere, but if you must draw it then do it truthfully. Stop making up numbers and try to understand the weight and grief that another human being can go through after losing a parent along with other family and dealing with health issues.
When i even tried to explain this in the office i was not taken seriously and berated on the subject of missed appointments. It seems no one in this office has experienced loss before, and it shows.
Any professional establishment dealing with scheduling appointments and treating people should understand that life happens. This office DOES NOT.
I will be making sure people know to stay FAR away.
