I met with Will Bratt after trying free counselling at a local agency. I definitely think the counselling I did before seeing Will was helpful, but the work I did with him was miles above that. I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly he got down to work with me. I did a free consult because I wanted to be sure he knew what he was doing before paying good money. Even after that first free 30 mins I felt like I was seeing things differently in a good way. I did 4 more sessions and after each one I left feeling stoked in ways I hadn't really before. He had a way of inspiring me through my own life story, and I wasn't expecting that. I thought I'd need therapy for a long long time, but after 4 sessions, I felt like I could take it from there on my own and with the support of family and friends. He helped me see that I'm not crazy and that I had the ability to make the change I wanted to all along. Its been a couple months since my last session and things are still better than they had been in years before seeing him. Thanks Will! I recommend seeing him if you feel stuck and need a hard working therapist.

The idea of opening up to a complete stranger was uncomfortable and scary but i knew i needed to talk to an objective person. I was at a low point in my life and wanted a change. The first time i walked into Will's office i was immediately at ease. The room was inviting and it felt like a safe place. We talked and i was surprised i opened up so quickly. He is disarming and really good at what he does. He helped me look at my life differently. I went in thinking i was a weirdo and left feeling like someone who was just lost. He helped me find my confidence again. What i really appreciated about him was the questions he asked me. Those questions made me look at my situation differently and for that i will be forever grateful. For anyone who is nervous and apprehensive about going to see Will, i recommend you do. He will help you overcome whatever it is you are going through. An amazing counselor and a down to earth person who will not pass any judgement. I know now if i ever get to a low point, Will is the counselor for me. I hope he never lives Victoria or the city will miss out on a brilliant person.

I saw Will a few times after a friend recommended him. He's a great guy and really accommodating, and he obviously has a lot of passion for his work. It was my first time seeing a counsellor and I didn't know what to expect. His questions helped me open up and also helped me see things in new ways that actually made a difference for me. I'll keep him in mind the next time the going gets tough.

I was referred to Will by a family friend after hearing that he did good work with her. I've seen a number of counsellors since I was a teenager, with varying degrees of success. My experience with Will Bratt was right up there with the best of them. I'd never worked with a male counsellor before and I was a little leery at first, and I was amazed at how warm he was. He really made me feel safe. He helped me address my anxiety issues in a way no one ever has. I was not expecting things to shift the way they have, but I can say that I haven't felt this free from the burden of anxiety in years and years. The skills and understanding I walked away with are invaluable to me. :)

Will was great to work with! I was comfortable with his style and his approach hit the nail on the head for me. I wasn't sure how I'd feel working with someone much younger than me but he's very wise and knowledgable and just understood my situation so well. I needed someone who was nonjudgemental and he fit the bill perfectly.
