As an Interventionist and Sober Coach, I am often tasked with helping clients create treatment plans that include a clinical counselling component. I have referred many clients to Matthew and they all have equally shared positive feedback about their experience. It is important I align myself with the best in the field and I trust Matthew unreservedly with clients I send his way. Thank you, Matthew!

Matthew has an extraordinary wealth of knowledge, immeasurable compassion, and a heart of gold. He's helped me succeed in various areas of my life, and is someone I'll always have the utmost respect for.

Matthew has helped me immensely through major life changes. Don't treat your friends, partner, or parents as therapists. Matthew has the right training, aptitude, and attitude for therapy, and most importantly he always listens. Give him a call, you'll be glad you did.

I started seeing Matthew Gardner in 2014; after the suicide of my ex-husband. I continue to have sessions with him because he is, quite simply, one of the best therapists I've had. I've been in therapy off and on since 1988. I appreciate the work Matthew does––letting me come to my own conclusions; and, helping me to see more clearly as a human being. In this day and age it's extremely difficult. Matt is also well travelled and well read. He is compassionate; has a good sense of humour; and, he's very easy going. That makes all the difference. I found him online and out of the all the people, I called he was the first to respond. The others did not bother. I'm lucky I found him. I recommend Matt to anyone who is looking to make their lives a little easier; and their days more productive.

With Matthew’s clarity of approach, knowledge, personal warmth and insight I have been able to identify and address some issues that I had been dealing with for a number of years. He has provided me a safe environment to express myself and has given me the necessary tools to have a healthy relationship with myself and others. I am extremely grateful for his support through this interesting and insightful journey.
