Horrible movers. I have been professionally moved 4 times in my career an 2 additional times myself. This company and their team are the worst. Avoid them at all costs. They mislabeled every box. Mix items random items from different rooms in the same box. They bullied and left a 5 month pregnant woman in tears with items un-assembled even though they were contracted to do so. If my relocation consultant didn’t intercede I don’t know what we would have done. It was obvious they damaged furniture and we didn’t have time to unpack boxes but they tried to strong arm my wife into signing a waiver that everything was delivered in good condition. Don’t trust them with you family’ home goods!

Absolutely love imlach group, they are the most professional company I have worked for. If something is damaged they replace it. Some people get there panties up in a bunch.

Broken items, lost items, mispacked items, famaged items and over 70 boxes that were not even marked with the room or the contents of the box. It was an absolute nightmare. We have moved several times with our career and understand that some of this can happen but hacr NEVER had this kind of an experience. Worst experience ever.

I hired Imlach for movement of household goods from Dallas to Phoenix to take a new job. I chose packing, loading, transport and "custom" unpacking as part of the move. The estimator advised me to separately list items of high value ($3,000.00 or more in value). Among the items was a Samsung Curve TV that cost $4,000 in 2014). For this item, Imlach recommended custom crating and hired a third party to do that. Based on the estimator's advice, I added $100,000.00 in insurance. The household was to be transported directly to Phoenix (no storage). When the the crating team came to the Phoenix destination and unpacked the TV, the screen was broken and couldn't be repaired. I have moved 18 times in my professional career and I do appreciate that damage can and does occur. However, I wanted to share these experiences with Imlach with a strong recommendation to use another mover. I manage the relocation department at my employer, and have advised our relocation coordinator to remove Imlach as a provider. In response to my claim for the broken TV, Imlach sent me a link to a TV for sale at Lowe's for less than $1,000 with a settlement offer for the sale price of this TV minus taxes and delivery. When I disputed the offer, I received a curt note from someone I assume is the owner or President of the company (last name Imlach), which amounted to "take it or leave it." And, i turns out that the TV for sale is either a floor model or a returned item. To add insult to injury, the driver, who was present when the damage was discovered, remarked that he knew the TV would break because of the way it was packed, yet he said nothing at the time. The custom unpacking was ridiculous, to say the least. A week later I am finding things in add places like a DVR on a utility rack in the garage and stereo speakers shoved in a bathroom cabinet. Though I paid for maid service as part of the custom unpacking, the extent of that was dish-washing (and complaints from the workers about that). There were unexpected up charges like more than $800 to rent a smaller truck to load my furniture because the driver couldn't park his 80-ft rig in my Dallas neighborhood. He also refused my request to unload the TVs so the cable installer could set them up. This necessitated another service call and missed time from work. The estimator over-estimated the weight of my goods by nearly 1,000 lbs. All told, the shipment cost $12,000 + for an 8,800 lb. load of goods from a 2-bedroom townhouse. And it came with a bad attitude, poor service, and incessant, annoying apologies without a reasonable resolution.
