I used this moving company in 2008, they broke two legs off our couch, broke the bottom panel off the computer stand, sliced a big hole in our solar cover for the pool, tore a hole in our matress and damaged the walls in the new house. We were told we would have to pay in full and then fill out claims form which would have to be notarized. We filled out the claims form, paid $50.00 to have it notarized and sent in the pictures of all the damage. To this day we have not heard back from them nor have they ever returned our calls. If I had the option to give a zero star rating I would have. I do not recommend this company to anyone please hold back money from this company if you experience any damage or problems because you will never hear from them.

Today November 2nd 2018, Two Men who had Big harts but who’s boss is a lying, cold hearted, Scam artist, helped move the last of my Mothers things from First On-site. This move is as a result of a devastating fire that destroyed my mothers home and belongings. So needless to say my mother was in tears after the Men had left and she finsihed being forced to sign and pay $600 dollars for work that was only an hr and a half. My mother had agreed to overpay and line the pockets of this man for 3 hrs of work. When she realized that she was going to have to pay more she phoned him back to confirm what they had verbally agreed to previously. Of course the manager, AK or Lisa, Who has no heart, threatened to take her to small claims court for the difference of $200, especially when she didn’t agree to that. At the end of the day there was 2 Wardrobes, 6 boxes, 2 kayaks and a chair, My mother was ok to pay the amount that they had agreed upon initially but now being forced to pay extra after they had loaded her goods into the house. Anyone who agrees to do business with this man should be aware that he will lie and cheat to get more money out of your pockets. If he is willing to steal from a 63 yr old women who’s house has burned down and is just looking for help to move the last items from the restorators, HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!

The moved some furniture to another location today for me and they were excellent. They were here on time and delivered the furniture to my niece as promised. I would recommend them without hesitation for any move.

I didn't find this company to be very reliable, I was booked for a move on a certain day. I sent them an email with all the details (pick-up/drop-off locations) and asked them to please respond back just so I can make sure everything is OK to go ahead. After a few hours and no response from anyone I decided to call them back. They told me they can't move me because they forgot that another client had booked them earlier that day. The only reason why I give a one star is because they didn't even bother to inform me of this. I wouldn't trust this moving company again.
