Wonderful experience with Pop-A-Lock

I cannot recommend Pop-A-Lock highly enough. We needed to replace an electronic key and fob for our Kia Soul. Not only did Pop-A-Lock offer us a much more reasonable replacement cost for it than the Kia dealer, they were able to replace it within 24 hours, much more quickly than the dealer. In fact, it was the dealer that recommended them in the first place. Even better, with their mobile service Matt came to our house to do the programming. We were notified in advance of his scheduled visit, sent updates. Matt was very professional, arriving on time, helpful and informative from the start. We had a terrific experience with Pop-A-Lock and would use them again.

Excellent service

Just had some work done by Tyler from Pop A Lock and was very pleased with the service. They came within an hour of my calling them. Very friendly, helpful, with advice re some other work I need to do on other locks in my house. Would not hesitate in recommending them.

Fantastic service! We had called CAA for assistance who then called Pop-A-Lock Hamilton. They were there within 20 minutes, easily opened the car then trunk. Keys werenâ€™t there, so now they are lost, but they offered to replicate the key and now we are driving back home to Quebec. Thank you again Matt!

Requested urgent service and received it. The technician was very capable and was able to sort out a jammed lock socket with remarkable ease. Not to leave out the very professional and courteous attitude of the staff. Highly recommend! Another thing I learned from the technician is that they do not charge for the service call if there is an emergency with someone potentially in danger.

Matt a super friendly technician came out on a Sunday at dinner time to deal with my car alarm going off, I broke my only remote. I strongly recommend this company. Not only are they reliable but affordable.

My almost 10 year old turned my car on and locked us all out! After hours service (Sunday) still was super fast! I left a message and they got back to me quickly . In the meantime I panicked and called a different locksmith. This locksmith answered faster but after waiting 1 hour... two different technicians saying they were coming (from the other company saying I would need to wait another 40 min)... Then pop a lock after hours called back and said they'd be here in 5-10 minutes and was literally that quick arriving!!! Needless to say, I cancelled the other locksmith. 1) quicker service 2) was way better pricing! 3) .Tyler had my car opened, damage free in what felt like moments!! Like 2 minutes! I am blown away!! 100% best locksmith experience ever!!! (Sadly to announce this as my 3rd experience needing one haha) but! Will definitely recommend and return!!!!
