Simon was a joy. My bonehead move precipitated his coming out. He was efficient and very easy to work with. My missing key was fitted, made and tested in 20 minutes... Arrived on site with a fully equipped truck and left with a smile and one more satisfied customer on his books...peace

Would highly recommend this company. I called at 12:40 pm and by 2:00pm my front door lock had been repaired. Extremely knowledgeable and great service!

After checking several locksmiths, I opted for Pop-A-Lock. The price for the first door is higher however, subsequent doors are much cheaper. In my case, I had 4 doors to re-key so it was nice to have a fixed price before the visit. Others charged an admin fee and then a price range from $45 and up per door - so no savings on subsequent doors. I guess if you only have one door, that's ok but if you have more it's quite open ended and could become very expensive. Pop-A-Lock took the stress out of it. The locksmith showed up in a marked vehicle, was quick and professional. What really sealed the deal though was that he was also able to replace a car FOB. He had the FOB type in stock and was able to create a copy very quickly and at half the price of the car dealership and without the need to drive there. I'm very happy with the service provided.

Simon was very knowledgeable and quickly assessed the required solution. He was professional from start to finish in scheduling the appointment to calling in advance to inform us on an exact time for his arrival. Had an urgent need to use this Company and they responded immediately. Required extensive work on various locks due to break-in and the Technician completed the jobs perfectly, quickly and at a reasonable cost. These folks know what they are doing ….. the best!!!! Thanks guys!!

Excellent service!!! Called them around 9am and Simon was in our facility for the service call 1 hour later. We will be recommending Pop-A-Lock to other businesses.

I booked an appt 2 days in advance and waited almost an hour and he never showed up. I called and he said he would be there in 20 mins, but STILL never showed up. Beware this is a TERRIBLE choice if you decide on using this service. In response to the reply I received: Your "technician" may've shown up an hour late, but that was after he did not show up for the half hour window appt, then when contacted he said he would be there in 20 mins....after 40 mins me and all the parties that were waiting left. NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE HE DID NOT SHOW UP ON TIME.

Fast, friendly, professional! Had Daniel fix our front door lock earlier today, and it was done within minutes of his arrival. Lock now works perfectly. He even went out of his way to tighten a few bolts around the door so it would open and close a bit better. We will definitely be calling back to have them fix our backyard door lock as well...
