Milcho rescued our morning
At 7:30 am this morning my wifi enabled schlage lock on the front door would not open. I had to remove the lock from my door with a screw driver to get out of the house. My day seemed ruined until Milcho arrived. He had my front door lock operating in 15 minutes. Thanks Milcho, 5 star work!

Great service! Thanks Milcho!
After a series of events we were locked out of our only car that has a car seat! With a sick baby at home, we were tired and in need of our vehicle! Milcho was extremely timely, efficient and friendly! Highly recommend this service! Thank you for making our day!

Fast and Professional
Milcho, my installer arrived early and took less than 20 minutes to complete the task. I was really impressed with the speed of the whole job. I would absolutely use Pop-A-Lock again.

Fast, kind and professional
I'm not someone that knows much about cars, but because of the person that helped me "Milcho" I felt I learned a little more. From the start, they texted me making sure someone was coming to help me out and with such a problem I was surprised how fast they were able to come. After a quick verification process to make sure I could prove it was my vehicle; he was quick to work. It was cold so I waited inside and as soon as there was an update he would call me outside to ask or tell me about a new development. Very good experience and if there's ever a problem I have with lock smiting I won't hesitate to contact them again. Not to mention the very fair pricing as well!

Very quick and effective service, had all my locks re-keyed in under 30 minutes. They did not have the equipment for one of my older locks, which was unfortunate. Pricing is very reasonable. There was a slight awkward miscommunication as I had booked my service using a promotion via MoveSnap, but the technician who came was not aware of the discount and was confused about the quote I received. All in all great service, and I would definitely call them again!

The technician phoned and arranged to come to the house earlier than the assigned time as it was a Friday. In addition the person was so nice and fixed the problem immediately and showed me how to avoid the said problem in the future. A wonderful experience

I've had them install 2 Next X Yale locks for me now, and each one has resulted in a perfect installation, with zero issues after the fact. They work quickly, and won't leave until the job is complete. Completely satisfied.

Pete and his crew have provided phenomenal service. They are reliable, fast and a pleasure to deal with. When my lock wasn’t working, they came extremely quickly and solved the problem perfectly. They go above and beyond and I would definitely recommend their service.
