Loomis Express

Loomis is one of the most unreliable companies that I have ever encountered. Not only did they loose the package but their live chat agents were incompetent and rude and phone agents were also very rude, trying to talk over the caller. I would never recomend this company to any one under any circumstances. Unless maybe I was an evil villain in a bad movie and wanted my enemy to be really really frustrated. Unprofessional, unreliable and unusable.

I had no idea the sender used these idiots. Came home to find a missed visit tag on the door. Stayed home all the next day waiting. It started raining HARD and as we were watching the rain out the front window the Loomis truck pulls up to the stop sign out front and drives away. I despise going to their outlet. Rude and slow.

Absolutely incompetent company. Wish I could rate zero stars. These guys make UPS look like the "golden standard" in customer service - yeah, they're that bad. Every time I order something and it ends up being shipped through this company, I know its probably going to be more hassle than it's worth. You could be literally watching your front step waiting for your delivery, and these guys would still find a way to sneak an "attempted delivery notice" on your door and get away before you can say "but I paid you for this service!!" Literally use ANY OTHER CARRIER before you use this company. I would rather walk to the sender and pick up my package myself than give this company another dime of my money.

Horrible customer service! i was just there to pick up my order and i felt like i was interrogated, The guy was so rude. Canadapost is way much better than them..i dont know why my online order was shipped via loomis this time.

It is what it is. You have to go here once in a while. The service is quick as long as you're not behind a totally unprepared customer in line. Even at Christmas the line moves pretty smoothly. The place is a little dingy inside.
