I just went there to send some documents to Europe and the staff was very kind and helpful, the service is easy to use and they have very good delivery dates. I have no comment on the price as I believe it's fair for the timelines and quality of customer service, from my experience so far.

I will have to think twice if a company ships their products with Purolator. The drivers do not leave a door tag REPEATEDLY and I have been receiving phone calls to pick up my package to places where my package is not. They have two full days to re-deliver something. I have wasted so much time for a parcel and have been driving around the city. I still don't have my parcel. AWFUL.

TERRIBLE.AWFUL.UNPROFESSIONAL. Contacted this company from Calgary to serve documents. They served the Defendant (which to me would be the hard part) but REFUSED to provide an Affidavit of Service. They promptly sent me their bill, which by the way isn't being paid. My e-mails were replied to with excuse after excuse until they were finally COMPLETELY ignored by Samantha. Left voicemails to both Adam and Samantha. They went unanswered. Sent over a half a dozen letters, which went ignored. Sent a final letter via registered mail before Christmas to try and resolve this amicably and they didn't even have the decency to pick it up from the post office. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wish you could give a negative star ratting. Not even deserving of one star.
