requested way bills (pre-printed) 3 times over the last few months, last time I said that we wouldn't use their services unless we received some waybills, nothing yet. mustn't be interested in our business??

Just wanted you to know that your driver, Chris - number 756, was relentless in trying to deliver a package to me. He first tried at a time that no one could sign for it, but then returned twice in two days to attempt a delivery but no one was there to receive it. He tracked my cell number down and contacted me directly to arrange a delivery time that worked for me. He called to make sure it worked a few minutes before the arranged time. After all that effort, he delivered the package with a smile. Superb employee! Went way beyond the call of duty to get the job done!!

Would have received an 'Excellent' review... They are normally wonderful, I use them for work, when a local courier is required. However, a friend asked for a recommendation for a courier to get something sent across town, the same day. I very highly recommended The Courier Co. Friend requested a specific pick-up time, courier said it was no problem. Over an hour after requested pick up time, they hadn't shown up, & had not called with an update. My friend called to inquire, and the woman who answered the call was extremely rude. I find this very disappointing. Next time, I will think twice before recommending them. Get someone to answer your phones who is not going to drive away the customers, it's really not helping your business.

Went to send an important document through this Fedex Westin location a couple of weeks ago and to be honest, I was not happy with the service I got.The guy whom I think the supervisor, was the one who helped me with my mail. First, he gave a printed receipt and asked me to check for the address, I noticed that he made a mistake with the receivers postal code and he was a little bit obnoxious when I informed him that you typed in the wrong postal. Second, he gave me the wrong tracking number. After I left, I tried setting up the tracking notification on my smartphone so I would know if it was delivered, as I enter the tracking, it shows it was cancelled, and I remembered, he might have cancelled the first receipt he gave cause he typed in the wrong postal. He did not gave me the correct receipt after he cancelled the first printed one. Third, So I went back to ask why I got the wrong tracking, now the guy is talking on the phone and the assistant lady helped me, and instead of answering why I got the wrong tracking, she smiled sarcastically, and I noticed that she grabbed a receipt from the bin and gave it to me and turned her back, didn't even apologize. After that, I don't want to do business with Fedex's Westin Location eventhough it's my neighbor. The owner should educate their staff to be more customer friendly and train them to be more efficient.

Highly recommend, I contacted several courier companies last minute for an urgent personal delivery, Tanya was incredibly friendly and helpful and gave me the best rate among all quotes I got, for a delivery in less than 2 hours. Very happy and will definitely use their services again if needed.

I can't even believe the other review! Seems like a bit of tantrum. I have been using GreenSpeed with my company for 5 years and they used it before me. The team at GreenSpeed are wonderful! They are super helpful, kind and always willing to help when we need to expedite a package with short notice. I speak with Steve on a regular basis for local deliveries and even shipments far out of Toronto. The courier guys and gals are all so pleasant and friendly, I feel like I know them all! We also receive a lovely slab of chocolate every Christmas...its really a nice personal touch. Thank you GreenSpeed team!!!

This place is a SCAM! They treat employees poorly. You only make one dollar per delivery. They don't cover transportation what so ever, so you're loosing money. SCAM SCAM SCAM. THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE REPORTED. STAY AWAY!!!
